Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park has apartments, motels, self-contained units, ensuite lodge rooms, and cabins, plus sites for campervans, caravans, and tents. Apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and microwave, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, and a balcony. Motels feature one or two bedrooms. Self-contained units have a double bed, a set of bunks, a breakfast bar, stools, a TV, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Cabins have a queen bed and a set of bunks. Lodge rooms have access to communal areas and a communal kitchen. Some rooms offer views of the surrounding mountains.

The Holiday Park offers a communal kitchen with microwaves, ovens, hot plates, communal fridges, and zips/jugs for hot water. Free gas BBQ are available for use in the outdoor dining area. A Coke vending machine is next to the communal kitchen. Guests can buy milk, bread, frozen pizza, margarine, ice creams, drinks, and chocolate at Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park.

Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park has a TV room, a kids playground, a jumping pillow, fun bikes, climbing wall, and giant chess. The park also has a hot tub. Guests can book activities such as whitewater rafting, ziplining, 4x4 off-roading, snow sports, paragliding, and skydiving. The park offers a drying room and bike storage. From 8.30pm to 8am there are no bikes to be ridden in the Holiday Park.

Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park is located in Arthurs Point, a seven-minute drive from Queenstown and a 15-minute drive to Coronet Peak. It is within walking distance of Shotover Jet and Shotover Canyon Swing. The park is 5 km from Queenstown Hill Walking Track, Historic Skippers School, Matakauri Park, Queenstown Cemetery, Queenstown Mall, and FreshChoice Queenstown. It is also 1 km away from Shotover Canyon Swing. The park offers a free shuttle to town. The last shuttle leaves town at 7:15 pm.

Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park offers free unlimited Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a TV room. Coin are available from Reception during opening hours. Guests have access to clean bathrooms with underfloor heating and free hot showers. Full service includes the changing of bed linen, fresh towels, bathmat, hand towel, face clothes, tea towel & dish coth, replenishment of condiments, bathroom cleaned, rubbish bin emptied and floors vacuumed and mopped for an additional charge of $45 per apartment or $30 for all other units. Guests can ask for local attraction and activity recommendations. The reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm daily. Keys can be placed in the Key Return Box located outside reception.
